Current Opportunities: - Fitters - custom metal fabrication
We require fitter fabricators for structural steel assemblies and platework. The candidates must be able to read intricate blueprints and have a minimum of 3-5 years experience working in a custom fabrication shop. Each component to be fitted is different from the previous; weldments are large and heavy (10-100 tons). All potential candidates must first pass a fitting test before being considered for the position.
- Welders - flux-cored, custom welding
We require flux-cored welders with a minimum of 5 years experience in custom/structural steel fabrication. Candidates must have experience on a 3/32 diameter wire; weld fillets range 1" to 2". Candidates must be able to perform multi-pass welds, as well as gouging and grinding. All potential candidates must first pass a welding test before being considered for the position.
